changing main menu music????

ive been gone for a while a feel like im not up to date with everthing thats happend. i wondering if anyone knows how to change the music in the main menu, ive serched for any answers but ive had no luck, if anyone could help me out id really apriciate(wow i cant spell) it.

theres an app that lets u inject music but it has 2 be exactally the same size as the origonal
