How do i get the backwash ground color on terminal's ground?

You just extract the bitmap for it then go to teminal and find one of the ground bitmaps and inject the new one (assuming that you made it the correct DXT format first although it should be the same. And also make sure that the bitmap is the same size.

I got my backwash ground, but it is light up like there is a sun. Anyone know how to get that out?

Try opening the texture in photoshop and re-save it with alpha channels. Because usually that means that it doesnt have them.

Does anyone know how I can add trees to a map and where I can find uber lightmap tool?

look in the files forum for the lightmap tool. And to add trees just search around cause i think that someone had put a tut up on it in the files forum.
