MainMenu Bitmaps

Ive added lots of maps to my mainmnu, but i want to add pics. what EXACTLY kind of dds do i save tehm as? Eveyrtime i try the picture is all duplicated and sstuff.

A bunch of the unused map preview bitmaps share the same raw in the mainmenu.. So when you use a program to inject one it will change all of them (cause they all point to the same thing). If you want to give them their own previews, you'd need to add extra raw for each of the ones you wanna use. There should be enough info here for you to figure out how.

I'm using photoshop as a .dds editor, and I guess there is some mixup during the save, because Dot Halo will not inject the bitmap I edited. I get this error:

What is the problem?

Save it as a bitmap and open it in DXTBMP then save it as the dxt file (remember which type it was 1,2,3 etc.) Photoshop doesn't always save back to the right type of dxt file. This always works for me. You can get DXTBMP here:
