How do l save an old map to HD

lm trying to put lockout and that stuff to the hard drive of the xbox, l have a softmod. and when thats done how can l mod them, can l use a .ppf file for those too, and if so, where do l find the files at?

What you wanna do is copy the hdd with dvd2 something program to hdd u gotta make sure got enough room for halo 2 once you have it copied you'll have to ftp lockout from the games folder to your pc and to make your own mods you'll wanna learn to use dot halo or some similar program and if your using a PPF apply it onto it then put it back whee you got it from overwrite it and that should work and to launch halo 2 off your hdd you have to go into the games folder and find can remeber what its called something.xbe and click on it and it will launch halo 2
