Adding Meta with ADI

Im trying to get backwashes sky into relic..but I can't remember how to inject the recursive extracted meta into it with adi. I know i have to relink the reflexivies, but i jsut dont remember how to add the meta. Can someone remind me real quick?

use insolence and drag the sky from backwash into relic, then i use dothalo to change the relic sky to the backwash sky.
