HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have a softmodded xbox with Linux on it (UnleashX). Well yesturday I was trying to run Linux to transfer files and what not and when I clicked the 'run Linux' tab it went into a blank screen (sort of like the main menu in mechassault). I tapped A again and the game froze and the music started to glitch. Has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone know how to fix it?

Personally, I think you shouldn't use that type of softmod, but this is a discussion for the Xbox-Scene Forums.

Well if there is a better softmod.. what does it involve?

I thought you install linux after the softmod...you don't have to keep running the gamesave

Yea.. I have the game save on my xbox.. I just start MechAssault and go to campaign and 'Run Linux'. I dont have the dashboard insatlled. But now i can't evcen start run Linux. The game just freezes up.
