Respawning ITMC (Item Collection)

Can anybody here tell me how to PROPERLY change the respawn times for Item Collection (I tried using DotHalo and changing it (Defaulkt for most weapons is 100 (sec) nad no matter what i change it to it stays at the default in game. Ne Suggestions on how to Actually chnage it?

was this in the scnr? or the itmc it's self? you change it in the scnr, insolence and h2x/darkmatter can change it, just go to the scnr plugin and look for collections

get insolence and update to the latest scnr ifp. the respawn times will be in the netgame equipment

As what ? Im thier but the only things i see are Unkwons and spawn points. and I can click the unknowns.
