what program would i use to change the speed of the wheel on lets say:
Zanzibar or even ascension

Ummm...pretty much any Halo 2 modding program. ADI, Ch2r, Dothalo, Insolence, Darkmatter, etc....

I'd recommend Insolence and/or Darkmatter. Insolence's system is much more flexible but may confuse beginners(I was a little lost at first; now I love it). Darkmatter has a BSP viewer that can place objects(scen, mach, weap etc).

If you get any of those, make sure that the mach plugin that you get for one of the programs is up to date/

i put the wheel from zanzibar in my headlong...
havnt tried it yet :\
but yea and i wanted to change the speed but i ended up not doing that
