Heres my prob. When I inject my floorskin(not foreskin!ewww!) into my map I cant see it on the other side of the map. Its black until you get up closer to it. I dont know if its throwing my lightmaps off(which i havent changed) or if its something completely different.

. I figured it out, basically when you skin something and it says alpha info will be lost then your gonna have weird effects. So fiddle around with your settings without changing the alpha info in photoshop.
