How do I swap biped in campaign? (for the 3rd time)

I've been asking this question ever since Insolence was released but still haven't got an answer, so if any of you recognize this and feel absolutely sick and tired of it, I'm very sorry.

Now what I want to do is change the biped of the Master Chief/Arbiter to an honor guard.
I follow every tutorial I've seen but it still doesn't work. All I get is a regular Blue Elite.
Yes I change the permutation in the html file but there's absolutely no change.
Someone please help me with this and I'll be eternally grateful.

That is because when you set the honor guard armor on, you pt it as default. But singleplayer doesnt care about the word "default" IT ignores that because all it knows is to spawn The Arbiter or Chief.

So what I did is go to CH2R, tags, then change Chief or Abriter's biped( or I think I might have done HLMT, for got wich one.) to "elite"
Then go to Char tag and check off "Honor Guard" on all the elites.


But expect their colors to be werid.

Ah, so the campaign doesn't care about default in the permutation.
