Need help with mainmenu.map! (adding maps & new images)

Ok first off; Is there a all in one program that will let me 1. Add maps to main menu. and 2. Change description & the main menu image for that map.
- if there is please link me to it so i can get this done.

If not, how can i change the image for a map i added to my main menu?
I went to bitm tag and found it and i edit it with photoshop and save it with DXTbmp to a DSS format (tried 1 (alpha),1,3,5 NONE WORK), and still it wont inject. PLEASE HELP ASAP! i want to get this done soon. Thank you.

Another question, i see that DotHalo has Add to main menu and stuff, but its greyed out? Why?

Extra info, i use dothalo to do this shit>photoshop>DXTbmp & hex for adding it to main menu the hard way.

and to change the image its in the map file not the mainmenu.map look under bitmaps for that one
