Ok I want to enter a mod in this upcomeing winter thingy right. So I have a few questions.
1. In my level I want it to snow. I have already look throughout the level tags for this I have had no luck so far.

2. I want the grass in the level to be snow again i dont know how to do it.

3. I want to change the trees an stuff into winter/cristmas things

4. The weapons an stuff i want to change the color an the bitmap of anyone know of a easy to use program to change these.

5. I want to put a pelican in the level an be able to fly it.

1- You can only add snow in a level with a weather tag already (like takeing snow from lockout and putting it in backwash) so (taking snow from lockout and putting it in coag. will not work) use insolence to drag the tag over.

2- kinda confused but if you mean makeing the grass white just find extract and edit the bitmap for it i know there is one just gotta look for it

3- same as 2 just find and edit the tree bitmaps

4- dothalo and under the bitmaps tag
(if it keeps asking you may need an bitmap internilzer too(bad spelling))

5- No clue need someone elses help on this one

there is no way to have a pelican in the map without having it look odd.
when you start up, it will be all flippy, and its really hard to get in.
i suggest skipping the pelican..
but if you would really like to put it in, theres a tut at the insolence website.

Are right thanks there are a few other ideas put i can figure them out by myself i think.
