Help!!!

Alright guys im remodding my xbox and I need help. I tried to mod my box but the files wouldnt fit on them like before, wierd, so i used a smaller foriegn file. It was ok cuz i knew where most everything is, but now i burned halo2 on it and when i start it the screen flickers alot and i cant see anything, can someone help? Maybe i should remove the mod, if i need to could sometell me how to uninstall this? I still have my mechassualt linux save. I can also still acces my microsoft dash, thanks and plzzz help.
