Alright, I did my research on this, I read the stickies and i used search...I really wanna figure out how i can rename my weapons, for example, i want to change my Magnum name to Glock9...Does anyone wanna help a noob out and gimme a step by step or a link to how to do this?

Yes I do, but i do not know where to Hex edit at, please just direct me or give me what i need

ok i believe you need to search for the weapon name BUT when renameing it it has to be the same number of characters as the current name

well thanks for that too man, will do...I also wanna know how to get my Stun Gun to work, what values do i need to set it to, i searched on that and none of them worked...if you can give me exact that would be nice....

Use Hex Workshop. I'm not sure but you may be able to replace the period at the end of the sentence to gain an extra letter.

Any hex program will do. Open it up, Search for text string "magnum" for example. Keep searching til it finds one like

Hold X To Pick up Magnum.

Then change it to

Hold X To pick up Pistol. Because its the same characters
or
Hold X to pick up Gun___. Because it still equals 6 characters

(I substituted _ for a space)
