just make it with photoshop, you can dl the trial for 30 days somewhere

you cant mod online. youll get suspended from matchmaking.
and if someone has a hog skin, no one else will be able to see it.

You wont get banned for having a pimped warthog. (golden warthog, some rims, etc). This is because the warthog skin and such is stored in the CACHE memory which xbox live does not check for. I have made multiple warthogs and use them on live such as:
1. Gold warthog
2. Scarface Warthog
3. Care Bear Warthog (not my idea)
4. Audi A4 Warthog
I think thats it.
