Bitmap extracor doesn't work ?

I can skin and di it a few times , but I wanted to do it again .
I opened up ADI and normally it would work , but now you just don't see the picture of the bitmap so you can't extract it .
About 1 month ago I could skin but now I just can't extract it .
I tried to put main menu.map and shared.map to be in the same folder ,
but doesnt work , and I tried downloading other ADI's , but It just doesn't work ...

Am I doing something wrong ?
