Cool mod idea needs help

Its pretty basic, but what i want is when you shoot the rocket it goes up slowly but turns around and heads toward the ground and when it hits it blows up like a nuke. Im sure this Isn't very difficult but i would like to get the exact way.

You could just change the weight of the grenade then change the Hlmt of the grenade to a rocket?

I'm not sure about the movement of the rocket but to make a nuke you just make the amount of projectiles it shoots very high.

You can't tell that there are many if you set the spread to 0. It's easier to make more than make one thats strong.

then you get lag if you go much over 20... just change the hlmt of the brute shot grenade to a rocket, make its bounce and life after bouce .001, change the explosion effe dependancy to the tank shell explosion, use h2x to change the shell explosion radius and hight to like 1000 or somthing

-I didnt know you could use h2x to edit the explosion visual size. Thats cool.
