I Read that it is possible for an ODST and a whole bunch of other bipeds to be playable in multiplayer....

Now i just need to know how to inject the flood combat form of the elite.

(Its for a big mod i'm making...) would i just follow the same instructions as they did for the ODST???

Yeah, you would basically do the same thing but each biped is different and you're gonna have to play around w/ them to get them to work exactly how you want them to and i also noticed that the flood are the hardest to get playin right in the game, they're real glitchy, just mess around w/ stuff tryin to fix it...that's all i can really tell ya

it doesn't work.. ah for now i will just extract the flood skin and inject it into the MC... DEFORMATION HERE I COME

You do know it will just look like a brown master chief, with odd untextured spots.
