[Question] A Little Help...

Um when i try to ftp it says that the xbox actively refuses, i know this is not a halo relates problem but it only started happening after i tried to intall the trainer for third person so i was wondering if anyoine had any suggestions?

I don't think a trainer did that. I'm one hundred percent sure it's your ip settings.

update: it now says connected then it says timed out..i think im getting closer. Also is there any suggestions on what to change on the IP settings because they are the same form when it worked.
