Help Me!!! How do i make Explosions and Bullets in the Sky?

Not the changing the weapon's Z-coordinates, i mean IN THE MAP make certain bullets go across the map's sky and some explosions in mid air...
(Without shooting a weapon, it just happens)
How? (it is somewhat like in end of the line, but i want most of the bullets and projectiles in the air...

Im not sure if its possible, If you could make it so projectiles just spawn somewhere, you could set (example) a rocket life to like, 50, so it wont go far, then have spread fire on it so it will randomly shoot out, then explode. But im not sure if you can spawn projectiles......Prometheus maybe?

I DO know for sure, but I don't want to write a full lengh tutorial about it, so search for a tutorial, because they are here somewhere.
EDIT: Look for tutorial on adding chunks, like the one to spawn a gate from one of the DLC maps. But instead of using the gate, use a projectile.

ive seen it done cause there was one mod i tryed where i shot the rocket and in came down from the sky and caused a nucklear explosion and killed everything it was pretty sweet

All that is changing the Z spawn of a Rocket Launcher. Put the Z spawn coord of the rocket to like, 60 or something.

Maybe you could just add chunks, but have them explode like right after they begin falling from the sky....

its possible just change one of the [itmc] tag's depandancies to a projectile then span it throught the collections reflex in the [scnr] tag
