What's going on?

I'm missing my $c folder. The only thing I have tried to do is replace terminal twice with my own maps, modded versions of it, they both came back as "failed to load map". I re-encrypted it and re-signed it, I think. After that I loaded up my ftp and tryed to replace it and I didn't see my $c folder.
So, I am now re-downloading all maps, to see if the file comes back.
