Projectile Spawning

I've been trying to figure out how to make projectiles spawn projectiles. For example, throwing a grenade, and having a 'nade spawn more grenades, sort of like a cluster bomb.

i think you can make the effe or whatever into the itmc for the grenade
or sumthin
