He means fog , not a sky ..

I did this a long time ago when i first started messing around with insolence i forgot where i found the fog at though... if i find it i'll tell ya.

fog can be added through the sky tag

yeah im doing it on ivory tower that is outside fog if u look outside u can see fog out there but not in

Use insolence to inject backwash sky. The backwash sky doesnt really have a good thick billowing fog tho...
