How do i change the Starting weapon ??

Like Say In Lockout The Default Weapon is a SMG how can i make it so you start with different gun without changing the gametype/options
2 way`s
1. go to itmc and smg and change the depenci to wathewer you want
ore
2. go to scrn and look i depenci and find the [itmc] smg and change that to another [itmc]
