areplay help

i just got action replay and went onto code junkies.com/ i downloaded a couple of the little gametypes... like hudless odball, you know, and those ones where it says: everybody hump "your gamertags". anyway i was wondering if i went on live with just those gametypes nothing like high jumping or super fast running just the gametypes if i would get banned? cause i see people with them all the time so i was wondering

It matters if someone reports you or not.
