aUTOUPDATE TROBLE

I need help unistalling the autoupdate that came with the maptacular pack, as it screwed up my mods, i cant load my microsoft dash and i already tried deleting the folder in E/TDATA/4d5300064

but i still hav got nothing

if anyone has had this problem where there mods are shagged up or cant access game trainers please help me out
