? about spawn points program

this is exactly wat i did i was trying to make players spawn outside the island in relic. but it only worked every once and a while shouldnt i hav spawned outside everytime since i made it 0-120? i left the left side blank because i didnt know wat it was for. what is that side for? thats probably why it didnt work. ignore the pic when i was doing it it said from 0 to 120.

The left side is if you want to change one single spawn point at a time. The right side is if you want to change muliple spawn points at one time.
