Dot Halo Tut

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or right me a little tutorial on dot halo..

Ascension is the only map I have on my computer right now, so it would be best for that.. but I can transfer others if need be.

Also, if at all possible... Could the tutorial be on like making the rocket launcher have like 500 rounds, and like 100 per clip, and shoot at the rate of a pistol or even an SMG?

Just something simple for now...
