how can u make other people see your mod

hi
iv seen other people mod what thay shoot out of ther guns and i dont hav the mod but i can see the object when it comes out of my gun. when i mod all other people that arnt on my xbox cant see what is shot. could someone please tel me how i can make it so that other people can see.

depends, like what are you shooting out?

rockest, everyone will see what you are shooting out. or PP, can shoot bipds and most likely they could see it.

things they cant see. new bipds, pelicans, anything added. there are too many things to list here...
