Help with switching turret

I'm currently trying to mod the warthog's turret so that it looks like MC. I went into the vehi tag and switched the hlmt to MC, and it worked, to an extent. The turret is MC now, but I can't get in the turret anymore. Also, I was wondering if it is possible to make him hold a rocket launcher while he's back there?
