I'm very confused, can sumone plz help me on how to make ur guy run fast and such things for halo2? Also do i need equipment or nething? I appreciate it for the help thank you.

making a run fast mod isnt cheating unless you use it and other people dont have it, then its cheating

First of all, you need a modded Xbox. Do not ask about it here. Go to Xbox-Scene for that. Also, you need modding tools. Get them at http://files.halomods.com.
