I was wondering if there is a website or somewhere i can learn to identify the offests in xbox games, like nfsu 2 and nfl street 2, there are no modding programs for them so i figured its time to learn to make my own, im a pretty good programmer so im sure id catch on quick if anyone can point me in the right direction...

What ever you can do in hex, you can program so first before you start any programming collect the data.

you would need to look through it in hex and try to recognize some type of format, or you could just take note of some values in the game and search for those in the hex

no you dont just edit stuff and get lucky lol, this is why i am looking for a experienced advanced modder, one who deals with hex specificly not using utilities that someone else has developed to deal with the hex for us... lol

basicly you get lucky, you can use some of the avilable data but that wont get you all the way. its reconizing the data and figureing out how they work

I think what someone should make is an app that takes data from forgies offsets list and reads what tags are at what offset so when your modding you can type in an offset and it tells what tag is there.
