HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

So im trying to add weather to my burial mounds. I dragged the weather tag, the fog tag, the fog patch tag, and i might try the sky tag. But its isnt showing up. My guess and im sure it is right is because of dependencies and reflexives arent configured right. Can someone help me out with where to start with all these dependencies?

With Insolence, it takes one minute or two to change the weather in a map that already has weather. But adding weather to a map like Burial Mounds is not a simple process.
