Um maybe because they made it so it wasnt going to be a playable weapon. and beside we all know how bungie sticks to the story line 100% so if this was playable it would take 3 clips to kill someone. the new armor and plus if anyone reads the books you would know. Btw its the same pistol off of halo 1. you can even tell it has that easter egg on the pistol from halo 1 the F looking mark. go look for yourself. The pistol was never meant to be played in this. and there is only one glitch in the level that i notice.
