A good main menu editor

I want to know what the best main menu editor is. To make my own custom main menu with custom pix and maps. Because i haven't tried but one program to do that with. So if anyone can give me a link to a good one please d

Look for it over Utilities section

You can edit a pretty couple of things, however, you can't skin the mainmenu with it, you should use separated apps, like DotHalo, Entity, ect.
