help with sentinel enforcer

help with sentinel enforcer

hi i was wondering if some on could plz post a full tut on how to get the sentinel enforcer into a mp map and how to make it drivable i am having truble with geting it in the map because i went to the sp map sentnel walls went to vehi tag dubble cicked enforcer and draged it over but it frezeis on sertent points whil trying to move over so if some one could post a full tut or a tut on how to fix the problem it would be much apreciated ty

To fix your first problem. I'm not sure if you are using Entity or Insolence. But if you are by chance using Entity. Find the vehicle, check the recursive and parsed boxes, and save the meta. Then build it into your multiplayer map of choice.

Now for your second problem, to make it drivable works the same way you would make any other SP vehicle drivable. I'm guessing you have done other vehicles strangely because I feel like I have seen you post something about this.

im using insolence right now becaus wen i use entity and o what u just said it says mpshared map not found in set my paths is there a way to fix that???

In the settings area...? I don't have my halo2 stuff unpacked at the moment so i'm not sure if insolence has a settings option. Make sure you have shared.map, singleplayershared.map and the mainmenu.map in the same directory that your normal maps are.

ok i got that to work but now wen i am in entity i cant add seats and wen im in insolennce i cant ad seat ether so is there a spcial way f\too add seats for the enforcer???

did you get the sentinal working by any chance.

To save you some trouble... Download Killtrocity v2, do all of the patching, open up the vehicles.map, and it already has a Sentinel Enforcer that has weapons and it is fully drivable. Save it and build it into your map. That's what I do. :)

did you ever get the normal sentinal working as a charcater? it refuses to spawn for me.
also can you post a sppf of a map with the working enforcer?
i use a 360 so no killtracity for me =(

I never tried. I don't really think it would work, but you never know. This is the Vehicles War patch from the Killtrocity pack. Apply it to a clean coagulation.map and the Sentinel Enforcer will be in the vehi tag.

hey i downloaded that vehical wars patch but it dose not let me open it in serenity or super ppf

It works fine for me... :? Super PPF won't open it. You need the latest version of Serenity (3.3).

sorry for the double post, but can you post a map with this done? insolence wont read it after i patch with serinity.

never used entinty for anything but bsp veiwer, can you give me a tut?
