Any stable modding programs available?

Post by NessDan0358 »

I was wondering this because every time I try to make an AI mod with Entity 1.3.9, it gives me an error.

I was wondering if there are any stable modding programs at this point and time, and if not, is the modding program known as "Prometheus" going to be a stable one?

Just need to know this, and if there are no completely stable modding programs, could you give me one that has not given you too much problems?

WastingBody's AI Tutorial

Well, according to his tutorial, you just download Entity 1.3.9, get the char and scnr plugins and later it tells you to save the Meta, I try that but I get an error saying "Index is outside the bounds of the array."

Anyways, if it's not the program, it's the plugins. That's one more problem to try and solve >_<

I have the newest plugins using Prey's plugin retriever.

If anything, it's the new plugins that are doing this to me =(.

Ever here of Profane? It's a brand new full map editor (like DotHalo, Entity, or ADI) that Prey has been working on for quite some time. The programing is not anywhere near to being finished (as far as I know), but it seems to be in stable condition. :P Download it here. Enjoy!

Thanks a lot man =D!

I'm going to be switching over to Ubuntu Linux once I get a Laptop and I may create some Linux modding program with the famous WastingBody! (If he's up for it =P)

Thanks for the link though, will check into it (I like his Menu Menu Menu and Plugin Retriever programs =D )
