big problem with entity 1.6

hi i am a noob modder (look at my join date), and i have a big problem with entity v1.6. whenever i try to save a tag to build it into another map. entity gets really close to being done, and then i get an hourglass mouse thing, and i go to task manager and entity is not responding. my mainmenu, shared, and spshared are located through tools -> settings and they are in the same folder as the map i am saving the tag from. please help! thanks

is your map your getting the tag from clean because i know entity 1.6 didn't let me inject a cov portable shield but its because the map i used to get it had been messed with

Use Entity 1.3.9.
Also, just because it freezes, it doesn't mean it won't finish. Just give it a while.
