Yes, Tural is correct, saving the DDS files the proper way is the way you should do it, I just keep forgetting aboot that.
Thats like someone going LOL *insert race or religion along with a fake accusation that makes them annoyed*, and everyone laughing at them. I find it disrespectful.
As for the problem. Try saving with mipmaps like said(thought it seems it didn't work for you) or try Halo 2 Machinima Companion
