How do i send mods into a not moded xbox.

How do i send mods into a not moded xbox.

I can only mod halo pc, and have almost mastered it. So now i want to mod my xbox, but its not modded already! Everyone says that you need a modded xbox to send files onto it. PLEASE HELP!
