Im lookin for some decant modders to help me with a "coming back" mod project im not sure exactly of the theme but im lookin for someone to help.. just IM me on AIM at DIMONDBACK60 or PM me if you wanna help thanks

You might want to try the project recruitment forum located HERE.

Also a lot of people won't help you so I suggest you take a look in the tutorials section to learn more about modding.

PS: the tutorials are not very clear about what to do for someone who has no knowlage of what these new programs and mods are
