How to use an sppf?

How to use an sppf?

Im am a noob and just got an FTP connection to my xbox and played around with ADI but now i want to try some outstanding mods like Nightwinder by MrMurder but when i downloaded, it came in a sppf file so i don't know hell how i can change this sppf into a map.

please help or give a link to a guide

Well ok i got the program and .sppf but what .map file am i to use with mr murder's nightwinder to patch?
