Rings around bullets

How do I make rings appear around bullets that I shoot?

Lol..Change the prt3s in the effect tag of the item to effects\something\distortion_ring or something like that :/

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm not too experienced, but couldn't he use
effects\generic\solids\water_ripple
to get the exact effect he wants?

he could do that or
he could draw them on his tv with a marker
but yes i think Piktro could have it

Wow you guys can stop being sarcastic...

Won't work. Bullets don't have effects. Unless you're talking about the rocket, brute shot, frag, or plasma grenade, then you can have the rings appear behind them.
