all right wher when ur out of grenades and hold the left trigger or press down the character lowers his weapon whats the tag for that

okay i found it but when i try to edit it it says object refrence not set to instance of on object plz help

That means you're trying to edit something thats not selected in the program, are you using entity UE, it likes to do that the first tag you click on. I would try clicking on a different tag and then clicking back on the one you want.
