How do i get this weapon/scenery?

i would put a pic, but this thing wont let me do it, and i dont know how to get this image thing working, so ill just explain it. at the first part of halo 2, when you start playing, it shows both sides getting ready for war. as the covenant punishes the arbiter, they puncture him with this wierd staff with molten lava or something, how do i get that? i do know it is scenery

well, its's been four days, and i saw this other guy do this, so..........bump..................................

EDIT: wait, i got it, but how do i get it so that i can see it on first person mode?
