hey what programs do and dont sign (fix incription) when i close the map?

As far as I know, DotHalo is the only app that auto re-signs.

No, I'm pretty sure that DotHalo doesn't autoresign, because I mod with it a lot, FTP, and get "cannot load" error, then resign, FTP again, and it works.

You're best off just resigning with a resigner anyway, just to be sure.
