swaping weather

i have a map with weather in it, and that weather is rain. how can i swap the rain with lockouts snow?

Drag and Drop the [weat] tag from lockout to your map in Entity. Go to the [scnr] tag and find the indent that says weather and change the tag. Just right click and click swap and change it to the lockout snow.

Except the weather indent is actually located in the SBSP tag.
