Can't Find Linux/Java App

I found some interesting apps, like incompetence, halo mutator, etcetera. But I can't find a simple Linux or Java program that patches maps with .sppf, .ppf, and .serentiy files. Incompetence only patches with ppf.. and can't accept command line arguements/parameters

Also, any news on that h2me java app?
