Unhandled Exception?

Ok, It never used to happen to me, so why now? Whenever I try to apply a patch, sppf or serenity, I get an error which says: An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediately.

Please help.

Does it say anything else two lines down?

yeah, it says: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.

Hmm, I'm afraid I'm not sure how to fix that...

1. Clean map?
2. Sure its the right map for the patch?
3. If it were compressed, did the patch extract properly?
