I would suggest using Entity 1.3 with AI in the BSP viewer, every release after that is open source, also that version seems to have the least bugs out of the versions that I have tried.
How to access the clone chunker you will open the tag that you want(in this case the scnr tag) the right click where the reflexives/idents are shown and select "chunk cloner" then navigate down to the "Netgame Equipment" in the chunk cloner then duplicate any chunk the amount of time you need to. Remember there is a max chunk limit, if you play your map and you just get a black screen try deleting a few netgame chunks, the limit is around 80+ some levels 90+ and on certian levels like Headlong the peak is 100.
How to access the BSP viewer:
1)Open map

2)Scroll down to see the "sbsp" directory
3)Click the only tag under the "sbsp" directory
------------Tag Name Example------scenarios\multi\halo\coagulation\coagulation Underlined material may change depending on the map

4)In the top right look for a blue circle with a white plus in the center
5)Click the blue circle and then click "View BSP"

6)Wait for the BSP Viewer to load up
7)BSP Viewer Controls:
W,A,S,D-Movement on X and Y plain
Z,X-Movement on Z plain
Up,Down,Left,Right-Movement of selected object on X and Y plain
Page Up,Page Down-Movement of selected object on Z plain
+,- to increase/decrease movement speed

I know how to do that, but I wanted to know how to actually use the chunk cloner (almost said clone chunker lol) for 1.4, but I did it with Alpha 1, so I'll shut up now. There are MP flags hovering over Lockout! AAAAAAHHHHH!!!

Version 1.4 is severely broken, you shouldn't use it at all except for string editing.

I wouldn't recommend 1.4 at all. I just recommend sticking with a stock 1.3, or use the one with the AI spawns if you think you're going to be changing them any time soon.

Entity's newer chunk cloner (since alpha) is fairly simple once you understand it. It's alot better than alpha's in my opinion.

The first two tree nodes are just the meta header and the first chunk, they don't really need any modifications. The third-level tree nodes and on down are the actual reflexives and chunks in the meta. Taking the scnr meta as an example, we'll go into the Netgame Equipment node. Here you'll see all the itmc's and everything in the Netgame equipment pretty much... you can copy, duplicate, and delete these chunks and reflexives with the controls to the right.
